Recommended Formula

• 3g Mist Cloud
• 30ml warm water (70–80°C)
• 60ml milk

Paste Method

1. Sift 3g of Mist Cloud into a bowl or cup to remove any clumps.
2. Add a small amount of the 30ml warm water and mix thoroughly to form a smooth, thick paste.
3. Gradually add the remaining warm water while whisking until the matcha is fully incorporated and smooth.
4. Add 60ml milk and mix well.
5. Serve over ice for an iced matcha latte, or with warm milk for a hot matcha latte.
