- Made from later-spring tea leaves, using a blend of Okumidori and Longjing 43 cultivars.
Recommended café recipe
Ratio: 1g matcha powder : 10ml warm water : 20ml milk
Standard serve:
3g matcha + 30ml warm water + 60ml milk
Use warm water at 70–80°C. Whisk or froth until smooth and foamy, then add milk and ice or serve hot. Adjust milk volume to fit your cup size and preferred intensity.
Storage
Seal tightly and keep cool and dry. Refrigerate after opening for best colour and aroma.
