Qing Wu Tea Pte Ltd (UEN: 202601218R) (“Qing Wu”, “we”, “us”) operates the Qing Wu website and online store (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchase you make through it.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Related Policies (Form Part of These Terms)

The following policies apply to your use of the Site and purchases, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference:

  • Privacy Policy (Singapore)
  • Shipping Policy (Singapore)
  • Refund Policy (Singapore)

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a policy, the specific policy will prevail for that subject matter (for example, refunds are governed by the Refund Policy).

2) Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 13 years old (or such other age required by applicable law) to use the Site. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt, hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with its security or operation.

3) Products & Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free, and we may update or correct information (including pricing errors) at any time.

Images are for illustration; actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, printing, or screen settings.

4) Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or dispatch your items.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, pricing/description errors, inventory limitations, or abnormal ordering activity. If payment has been taken and we cancel your order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

5) Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in SGD unless stated otherwise. Promotions, discount codes, and pricing may change at any time.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

6) Delivery & Shipping (Singapore Only)

We currently ship within Singapore only. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and tracking details are described in our Shipping Policy (Singapore).

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier constraints, weather, peak periods, or other factors.

7) Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and issues with damaged/incorrect/missing items are handled according to our Refund Policy (Singapore), including the requirement to notify us within 48 hours of delivery/receipt where applicable.

8) Promotion, Discount Codes & Free Gifts

Promotion and discount codes are subject to stated conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Free gifts/samples (if offered) are available while stocks last and generally not refundable unless damaged in transit.

9) Account Responsibility (If Applicable)

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including product names, logos, images, designs, text, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Qing Wu and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11) User Content (Reviews & Submissions)

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you agree that it must be lawful and not infringe the rights of others. You grant Qing Wu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display that content for business purposes (e.g., on the Site or marketing), subject to applicable law.

12) Privacy & Personal Data

Our collection and handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (Singapore), including use of service providers (e.g., e-commerce, payment, delivery, analytics) and possible overseas processing with protections comparable to Singapore standards.

13) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or that the Site will be error-free or fully secure.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qing Wu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

15) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, weather, regulatory actions, power/internet failures, or other force majeure events.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Site with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
